Murder Mystery Dinner Death Is No Joke
Murder Mystery Dinner Death Is No Joke
Touring Comedian Max Wilton was riding high. Appearances on Live at the Apollo, Eight out of Ten Cats and, before it was scrapped, Mock the Week, had ensured that his tours sold out.
He was appearing at the Exmouth Pavilion Theatre for two nights and both nights were completely full.
However, as the first night in Exmouth was about to start, a runner doing the 15 minute call to the stage, found Max Wilton dead in his dressing room.
The emergency services were called, and it soon became clear that his death had not been a natural one. Police, in the form of Detective Chief Inspector Charles Appleby, arrived and began an investigation.
He arranged to meet his suspects at the hotel on the following evening and called on those present to help him with his enquiries. He quickly identified that he had four key suspects.
All the clues will be there to catch the killer, but will they be successfully deduced. Detective Chief Inspector Appleby, with the help of the other guests present, is determined to get the truth before the evening is over.
